Elite four, Leader re-battles and Training in XD or colo, are the basic ones.

I've battled the E4 many times and I'm kinda bored with them. Thanks, Sky Pillar's great.

Sky Pillar, Artisian Cave, Elite Four, Trade to XD/Coloseum- Cipher Heads, Trade to FR/LG- Resort Gorgeous, Trainer Hill (?), Trade to FR/LG- Battle Tower (?). Some places like that...

battle tower doesn't give EXP.

vs. seeker on FR/LG, E4 (especially round 2 on FR/LG), XD mt. battle rounds 9 & 10. mixing records with easy, but high-level teams.

The Emerald King

<--- it's sad
I trade them over to colloseum up to level 70-80, then over to FR for the elite four second wave.

secret bases with 6 tail-whipping chansey/blissey or 6 memento gardevoirs is quicker and more exp points than elite 4, requires 2 GBAs and helps to have 3 games with 3 different bases to work with.

Also in ruby/sapphire after EV training is completed there's always the mudslide trick or ocean glitch.

I leveled up dusclops very quickly that way. dusclops can 3HKO blissey with curse, pain split and any other move even shadow ball.

I know about mudslide trick but what is ocean glitch?

the ocean glitch - on the route with the fast-moving current, the last island before the regi dive spot has a square that you can walk onto and it pushes you back. it acts like the mudslide trick, except it's faster because you can do it on a mach bike. the square is on the last row, all the way on the right.

it doesn't work on emerald, for the record. only Ru/Sa.

i prefer victory road for leveling, as well as secret bases, those are more controlable, :D

I recently bought a new cpoy of emerald and Im jsut getting around to this, but I make a "pickup team"

Easist way to do it is to catch a gaggle of Teddiursa in the safari zone and level them to at least 41 w/o letting them evolve. I have to check the pickup table again for the levels that give rare candy the commonest, but after I get 6 level 41 teddiursa I basically go to route 3 and run until I get items, check them, lather rinse repeat. It takes awhile to get collections of 20 candies, but not near as long as bashing the heads of the E4 and such in. Effort train, get em to 60, pickup candy. Simplicity.

Where the heck is route three? Are u talking about FR/LG?
And wouldn't it be more productive to lvl them up to 100? That way, u can find rare TMs like Earthquake and Rest.

OT: Just go to Mt. Battle(the 9th and 10th area) and the elite 4 round two. Also, u should trade(duh) and u can get the Lucky Egg from XD or from a wild Chansey in FR/LG.

I dunno why, but I think the interviewers are a very effective way to train.
