To be brutally honest, it looks like a Gorebyss that was exposed to radiation. It doesn't really have any Gyrados parts; its a large and someone fatter Gorebyss.

Now don't take offense to this. Its meant to be constructive; so I'll also offer you a way to make a better fusion. Don't do scratch if your new to spritng; and try to make it look more like an actual fusion of Gyrados and Gorebyss. That means putting something like a pink and purple Gyrados body with Gorebysses wierd horn thingy for example.
