Is there anything like a pokemon tour ( as mentioned) or a game that allows you to choose 6 Lv.100's and fight other people online? If there is, could I download it?

Just change it to GSC mode under Version when in Team Builder after you download it.

Is there a way to download a non-.exe format of NetBattle?

I think .exe is the only format. If you're worried about a virus, it's completely safe as long as you download it from the site I gave.

I'm not worried about a virus, it's just that .exe files are not compatable with Macs. (I have a Mac.)
