In fake cards, where do people get the images from. I just cant get any.

Blanks and symbols available at PPN, pictures...scour the web. Places like deviantART or people will make 'em for you.

No, i mean the actual picture. Do people draw them on paint or something. Is there a tutorial for the picture.

People tend to draw them in paint or Photoshop. If they're no good at that, someone else'll probably draw it for them. If that fails, find a good picture on deviantART and ask the illustrator permission to use it.

I dont have photoshop, only paint which is really bad. I dont like using others work.

Well then, unfortunately there's not much you can do.

I myself am not great at coloring, so I never use my own stuff unless it's as a joke.

So then, you can either, 1) use paint or 2) break down and ask someone's permission to use their work.

You can always go to Oekakis... There are plenty of good drawings...
