Groudon and Kyogre

I bought Emerald today and was just wondering can you get both Groudon and Kyogre or just one. Just suspicious. Also If you can get both then how???

you can get both.you first go to the wether place near the leafy town with winonna(dont remember the town)after you beat the elite four.they will tell you were a drought is or rainfalll is.go there and wa la,it will be one of them at lv.70

Yes, you can get both and Rayquaza. After you beat the Elite Four, go to the weather institute and talk to the head guy. He'll tell you about either heavy rain (Kyogre) or extreme sunshine (Groudon) on a certain route. Go to that route and search for a cave you haven't seen before. Go into the cave and catch either your Legendary. Simple, no?

you came a little to late, i already explained it,o and if you want to also know,you can also catch rayquaza earlier in the game at lv.70 also.

a little more info, the "head man" in the weather institute is on the second floor. remember the mini-room on the left where you fought Aqua Admin Shelly? He's in that mini-room in front of a computer.

if you have played r/s you know he is in the sky pillar, and you just go there and get him early after like saving sootpolis from the ferocious battle from kyogre and groudon

Go to the Sky Pillar near Pacifidlog Town. Make sure you have the Mach Bike with you. When you finally make it to Rayquaza, save before you battle him. Also, make sure you either have a Masterball with you or at least 30 Ultra Balls.
