In Emerald, with Groudon & Kyogre, i've read that the Pokemon move locations etc. if you dont catch them in time. Does this mean that if you fail to find them that you wont be able to catch them? And can you catch both Kyogre and Groudon? Beacause i've heard people saying you can't.

Thanks In Advance

Not sure about the first question, because I don't own Emerald. But I do know you can catch them both :).

My suggestion is to look on Serebii.net to find the locations, and to catch kyogre first (if you can.) I use net balls for Kyogre, and then use Kyogre to catch Groudon.

once you talk to the guy at the weather center, kyo/grou is in the route he says for a certain time. if you don't find it within that time, it disappears for a while, and you have to talk to the researcher again to have it reappear. it doesn't go away forever unless you KO/catch it.

Just talk to the dude in the research lab and he will tell you, if they move, then go back and see where they are...You can catch both in the game.
