I've looked and looked for similar occurences of this problem, but couldn't find any. When I go to Magma Cavren, I clear level 23, and it says "Ian cleared the dungeon." I don't run into Groudon or anything. This is very perplexing. Am I doing something wrong?

Oh, yes. I foolishly picked up the "Find an apple" mission before I left. Thanks for the tips.
