Growing Berries

Has anyone had the oppertunity to actually be there when a berry sprouted or went to another stage in its growth? I accidentally got to see this yesterday when watering some of mine at the berry masters house patch.

I was watering my berries when it went to the first stage after the seed.

It just changes. I saw it once on my Ruby, but I haven't seen it since. I really don't worry about growing berries. I spend most of my time training instead.

I was decorating my secret base, and when i left, i saw one of my berries change from one stage to another, it like, turned white, and sparkled a bit. Kind of like when a pokemon evolves.

I saw it about five times on Sapphire, but not once on Emerald. ;D

Yeah, I was standing there watering them then i heard a strange sound then saw some sparkles and poof, the seed had sprouted. Way Cool in my book!

I didn't hear a sound, cause i keep my sound off, that music drive ne nuts after a while, but i bet there was one.

When you click on it as it changes, a message that says "!" comes up.

could seeing berries sprout be considered one of the "rarities" like seeing a shiney or catching pokerus then?

I saw it a couple of times when I played Sapphire. The strange thing is, I didn't even plant the berries. :S

yes, not long ago i got to witness it, it grows in a shower of sparkles - quite cute actually
