growlithe/arcanine question

it says here that growlithe learns flamethrower at lvl 49, but arcanine also learns a move at 49. if i train growlithe to 49, then use fire stone, will it learn both moves?;058;

You could always buy a tm a teach it flamethrower that way, but to answer your question: yes, if you train it to lv49 and then evolve it, your arcanine will instantly try to learn extremespeed.

wish I evolved mine at lv49 instead at lv50, if you forget to evolve it at lv49 you could always go to the move tutor at 2 island.

Try evolved it earlier becouse Arcanine on low level is stronger of Growlithe,but Growlite can learn one special attack. That is Flame Wheel

:S I thought Arcanine learned Extremespeed the minute it grows to level 49, which means you would have to evolve it before it grows the level.
