Plz somone whos knows exactly how to get timer balls tell me, i talked to everyone in devon corp. and rustboro pokemart still doesn't sell em? so what the #$@% do i do?

Researcher. He will give you a Repeat Ball, as well as tell you that
they will now be selling them (as well as Timer Balls) in Rustboro
City's PokeMart.
