Seriously, one of these water pokes got to go. In the OU environment, Raikou and Zappy are everywhere (I use Raikou myself), and with 3x electric weak, you are screwed. Starmie is a great poke nonetheless. It is faster than DrumZard and Druidcruel, can put up Reflects/TWaves/Light Screens effectively. But for your team, I would advise a different non-water support poke--like Eggy. It works wonders and with a set like...
Sleep Powder/Stun Spore /Psychic/Leech Seed or Explosion or Sub it would help a lot.
Anyway, drop TBolt and Ice Beam. This isnt RBY. Id go Psychic and Surf to cover both deadly aforementioned sweepers. I like Reflect over TWave here due to the prevelance of Heal Bell. Besides, your team needs Reflect a lot.

This thing wont last one bit. You pull this thing out, I pull out Lax. This thign will get walled, and after one or two hits, it dies. You could go Counter/Fire Blast/Crunch/Rest @ Mint Berry as an alternative. But instead, I would rather replace this fragile thing with something else.

With the Curse set, Vital Throw > Cross Chop. More PP and 100% accuracy. You gonna be attacking last anyway. HP Ghost/Bug over EQ. You could do Rest @ Mint Berry over R Slide, or else this Champ dies very quickly. Better pokemon. Period.

Im going to eliminate that 3x Electric weak right now (assuming you didnt do Eggy over Starmie). Insert Rhydon here. @ Leftovers EQ/Rock Slide/Roar/Rest. This gets rid of the 3x Elec weak, still gives you P Hazing and helps against the Zappys. I vote for Dog, but whatever. Steelix could go in this lot too.
