Magikarp = Uber
In terms of being a Water type, Swampert. He gets STAB on both Surf and Earthquake. Gyarados' Sp. Att. just sucks.

There are so many factors that go into this decision.

~ First off do you need a Defensive Poke or an Offensive Poke?

~ Do you have an (Electric) weakness on your team?

~ Does your team utilize *Sandstorm / *Spikes?

~ What are the other pokes on the team?

~ Is this for InGame or WiFi?
