Here's my ideas on some unanswered ones

Brock would probably be a Pokemon Breeder/ something with animals.

Blue would be your average student.

Wallace/ Juan could be fashion designers (look at their clothes)

For Volkner, Norman, and Pryce, I unsure what they would be :\

and while for Volkner...An Electrician? or a Electrical Environmentalist
Wallace is a Head-Coordinator, sure there is the Wallace Cup
Juan would probably be a Water Artist.
