I'm not sure about the rest, but I battled Tate n' Liza and her pokemon were all in levels 63-65. But in the serebii rematch page, it says the fifth encounter has them on lvls 58-60 (about). Is it a glitch in my game? Or a discovery noone knew about? Who knows how strong they can become? :O
