There's an AR code for BW that will make you have 16 badges, that makes me think that there's 16 gym leaders in B2W2.

It's not weirder than any of the other BW character designs. but maybe that's just me?

Unova's characters were designed by a different person than who designed the characters for the first four gens, correct? I think that was a mistake for the most part...

Ironically I spelt it as chef the first time but I thought that I misspelt it and change it. ¬_¬;

She's an archaeologist/museum curator.

I thought that she was also a chef since the gym puzzle is based around cooking.

The reason it was removed was because she looked like the "mammy" stereotype.

Who says it was meant for BW, even if it was in the coding, because if you recall the moves Ice Shock and Freeze Burn were in BW's coding even though they're the moves for Black Kyurem and White Kyurem. So it's possible that more gym leaders will be introduced or an old region will be opened up. But nothing has been set in stone.

There are codes for everything.
Changing a number means nothing, especially since it's likely that BW built directly off the HGSS engine

The only thing that would even sound likely for there being 16 badges is if they let us battle the original BW gym leaders after the new B2W2 gym leaders. Though I do also remember that they had GSC music in RS' coding. Then again they do also seem to build off new games from the previous game's engine. But hey, I do though hope that there is 16 gyms since I want new gyms for the main game and original BW gyms for post game.

Other than that, I didn't notice that Shizui has the top of his body really tan while his lower half of his body is white. This could mean one of three things. Those things are: He has really bad skin cancer, He sunbathed with a pair of jeans, or he is really Michael Jackson in disguised as a Pokemon Gym Leader that is eagerly waiting for little boys to come to his gym.

I like the new Water Leader. He's hot. I don't know if I like the Poison Leader, though.

I really hope you can battle every Gym Leader for their Gym Badge. It'd be awesome to have a choice of what 8 badges you want to collect. I want to be able to battle every Gym Leader regardless of if it's a gym battle or simply a special battle, but I'd love to not be confined to the "8 badges of the region," especially since now, we have the potential for there to be 10.

I think it's really cool that there's a possibility of having 16 gyms, even if it is coding from HG/SS, there's still a chance as long as they let us shine the badges that is, that's what peeved me about HG/SS

Honestly, i hope for more than than 8 gyms. I don't think there will be, but i didn't like grinding my pokemons levels after every gym. My pokemon who were in the low 50's suddenly had to fight level 60's after i went to the other side of Unova.

It's not that she looks like a mother. She looks like the stereotypical image of an African-American woman with an apron and an unusual body frame. It isn't really easily perceived as racist by some, but there's a stereotype that people have seen, hence the design alteration.

I dunno, I don't often find the "cool badass" look attractive in drawn characters.
Then again, drawn characters can only ever be so attractive, since they're not alive

She is very different, I'll give you that. Especially since she's probably the first Gym Leader, and we've never had a Poison-type Gym Leader as a 1st Gym. (It's a good place for it, since the Poison type is arguably the worst type in existence.)

The only Poison Gym was the one in Fuchsia, so it's definitively nice to have another one. And I agree poisons are pretty bad, I think Rock is the only tipe I like less than them.

I kind of hope that there are more new Gym Leaders on the way... kind of. That makes it more likely that the old ones won't all appear as Gym Leaders, but it also opens new possibilities. I'd like a Dark-type Gym, and there's more than enough Dark-types for there to be one. (Grimsley being an Elite Four doesn't matter since Johto and Hoenn both repeat types between Gym Leaders and Elite Four.)

Also, this isn't a Gym Leader thing, but if Alder isn't the Champion in BW2, I REALLY REALLY hope that Lt. Surge is. No, really. Lt. Surge is supposedly American, so it makes more than enough sense for him to appear in Unova. Plus, having an Electric-specialist Champion would be freaking exciting.

Lt. Surge as the champion would make me laugh for days, that's for sure. I'm hoping the champion doesn't just show up and say he is the champion, like Alder did. I like the suspense. But it's pretty obvios I guess, a cool-looking character with no known occupation that helps you is likely to be the champion, that happened with Lance, Steven and Cynthia. They could hint a person to be the champion, but in the end they aren't.

Pish-posh. Grimsley can just be the Champion, like he deserves it.
(I think it's more likely that they'd repeat types between the Elite Four and Gyms than boot out Grimsley. Game Freak isn't obligated to do anything like that, really.)

Oh no, it's totally unlikely. It's still on my wish list, though.
