Gym Rats?

    Teddy Rosevelt had asthma and he took up every sport possible to prevent flare ups and help fight the problem. I recommend having a fast acting inhaler while you start your workout but after a month or so you should notice a difference. I battle asthma also so I must run for a few weeks ahead of starting a weightlifting program so my body can actually work long enough to build muscle.

    Just sharing my knowledge not insisting you change anything. Tea also has a natural caffeine that robs your red blood cells of oxygen close to the same as soda and coffee. But tea is a lot less potent so it is a trend in the right direction.

    Hey man I'm definitely into the lifting lifestyle! :) Been working from scratch (Couldn't do a squat, can now do 200+ lbs), but I've taken a month off because I moved countries. My lower back is sore like all of the time so that's been deterring me too. Any tips on healing the lower back? Would like to get back to doing deadlifts but not gonna push it with my back as it is.
  4. I don't work out so the thread question "do you even lift" is a nah but it's funny because i know people who lift but have less muscle than me.

    Massage. Definitely a massage. Or if you in some country that do a lil bit of boom boom, you might wanna go to a boom boom massage parlor. But if you're too cheap for that, I suggest laying down and do absolutely nothing for like 3 days straight and drink monsters.

    I love working out! I have been going to the gym 5 days a week since July 2014. It's really great. Met a lot of great people and I've learned so much. Working out has changed me for the better!

    Yes. Wht I'm thinking since you have been lifting a while your lower back has started to tighten and causing pressure. The best way to relieve your lower back pain is to workout your abs and do ab excersices. If you look at a mirror with your body turned 90 degrees your lower back will be straight up and down while your lower abs are not near as tight. My suggestion is to start with leg lifts and target your lower abs. Your upper abs will take over if you start with regular sit ups. You can also do weighted leg lifts if you have the proper machine. It's important you target that area for a few weeks then as you put the whole ab motion together your upper abs will not steal all the workload.

    Also standing good mornings and supermans are excersices to target your lower back muscles. :)

    Used to workout apt during football and baseball season in high school, but my senior year had to stop sports to focus on a job to pay for my truck. Gained some weight and it's had some mental effects on me :/ Gonna start lifting A lot more when I go off to college, as they have a free fitness room that's pretty close to my dorm.

    I work out, say 4 times a week. I started 3 years ago, but I had a one year break and started again a few weeks ago because of my blood pressure.
