    Just a notice, we recently discovered that someone got into a moderator account and started hard deleting a load of key and legacy threads...around 150 threads have been lost dating back to 2007 and some weeks ago so we can't roll the forums back.
    Luckily no personal data could be accessed by this moderator, and we've altered the permissions so hard deleting isn't possible in the future

Edit: basically idk if it's bred from a hack or not I just want to know a) if anyone could tell me if it's legit and b) if it is a hack descendent, can I still use/trade it?

Everything I've read and seen about it says that you can't tell if a Pokemon's parents are hacked or not. Unless it has the wrong egg moves or something like that. IVs being passed on shouldn't matter.

there is NO Keldeo event at the moment, let alone a shiny one.

DW ability is not always transferred to the offspring iirc.

Or did you really use a female DW Poliwag/whirl/wrath/toed as the parent of the offspring?
Because you can't produce a DW offspring without using a DW mother.

And it would change into Drizzle when it evolves into Politoed, since the game detects the Poliwhirl as having Swift Swim as its ability.

I thought so. He was offering a legit UT "Event" Keldeo. Sounded very suspicious to me.

Lugia can be caught at level 70, but to the best of my knowledge, it can't be caught in Kanto.

There's an Event-only area called Navel Rock where both Lugia & Ho-oh could be captured in FR, LG and Emerald at Lv70. So it's legit

The only concern is the fact that the previous owner thought teaching it Iron Tail was a good idea :p

If it was caught in Emerald, yes. But in FR or LG, it would be Kanto.

Hacked. There's no such thing as a legit flawless shiny Wishmkr. I've had this Jirachi in particular, and someone hacked the IV's to make it flawless.

Trust me, I've become slightly obsessed with collecting shiny WISHMKR's.
