It all seems legit, I'm just thinking it might be a hack as the chances of getting a Shiny Dialga are 1/8192. and the chance of flawless IVs aren't exactly high, gotta be something wrong to have both.

If you're sure about the IVs it's hacked. Flawless + relaxed is not possible in gen 4 for non-bred Pokemon.

Slightly off topic, but from what I see here a lot of people have used the GTS. You notice alot of people putting up their shinies and looking for Zekrom lvl 9 or under to try and clone right? What's there preventing someone from using Action Replay and creating one to swipe those with the shinies on GTS? Does GTS not allow a player to complete that trade because zekrom under lvl 9 is obviously hacked?
Any insight on this would be appreciated, thanks!
