I just want to point out here that I was also traded this exact Deoxys for a shiny of mine. Apparently there are clones of it floating around from the OT, so beware.

I can't find that OT or ID anywhere, but this Cresselia is, without a doubt, RNG'd. It doesn't look hacked to me, but if you don't want it because it's RNG'd, I will happily take it off your hands unless someone else here says that it's hacked.

EDIT: another hack from PCApp found here the last game to have the Johto roamers as catchable was 4th gen were IVs and natures were restricted as this person has a Bold 6IV Suicune from PCApp it's an obvious hack as Bold was one of the natures that couldn't belong to hex-flawless IVs.

Nothing about this Roggenrola screams "hack" to me, but I think it's really suspicious because it's unevolved at level 100 and appears to have very few EVs.

So Kyohack is popular on the internet for manipulating the GTS so people can get free shinys and event pokemon, from the GTS he made himself.

I just got some event shinys with his OT: Kyohack from trade w/ a Serebii member.

I just wanna make sure if the pokemon he created are considered legit/cloned?

I've checked everything from the ball, moves, level, etc, they seem legit to me.
Oh the event is the year of the dragon shinys.

I'm willing to bet Dewey knows more about this than me, but I looked up Kyohack on PokeCheck and all of his Pokemon from an English game come up as legal, but the ones from a Japanese game come up as hacked. I'm not sure if these two OTs are the same person, though. Secondly, I Googled Kyohack and from what I can tell, he creates these Pokemon using PokeGen or PokeSav, which is definitely hacking, whether they appear to be legal or not. So a second opinion from mine would be nice, but I would say don't trust Kyohack.

I interpreted that sentence as that he made some sort of IR-GTS himself....but you're actually probably right; the OP meant that he made the Pokemon himself, not the fake GTS...

Well, I learned about this Kyohack by googling too. His name sparked my interest. Of course it doesn't mean if your name is Hack then your pokemon is also hacked, lol.

Like I said, everything else seems legit except the OT and the reputation comes w/ it. Especially the fact that he uses other devices to get those pokemon 'legit.'

I hope I can get my pokemon back...

Nothing is "legit" about it. The word you mean to use is legal. It's impossible to check for legitimacy, short of getting it yourself, and therefore, the best you can do is check legality.

The two Mewtwos look legal on the surface to me, but a second opinion would be nice. You can SR for shiny Mewtwo in Cerulean Cave in HGSS, which transfers over as "Johto". Heal Balls are also available in HGSS, and the stats look fine (although your Mild Mewtwo has 0 IVs in SpAtt...sad). Hitmontop is, without a doubt, hacked. PBApp is one of those phone apps that makes Pokemon. Never trust any OT with "App" on the end. Also the Tyrogue line can't be caught in White Forest anyway.
