Hm, IV calc forced me to do the spread at 248 SpA / 8 SpD / 252 Spe; said SpD needed more than just 4 EVs in it. (Also, says Atk is 29-30.)

This isn't impossible, especially with TSV hatching and the ease of breeding flawless these days. Cloning is also possible so maybe they just wanted to give away a cool Pokemon? Nothing else strikes me as odd, but always be wary of GTS trades.

Ah okay then that should be okay. Best not to trade it around, or just preface that yer not super sure when you do! Again it looks pretty fine to me but GTS Pokemon are always iffy anyway.

It looks like a Genesect event that's been used before. Flawless IVs aren't too big of a problem since RNGing was huge in 5th gen.
As for the extremespeed, I'm not sure but it may have been forgotten before it was transferred? I have no idea how move relearning works, but I think if it was removed in 5th gen then it wouldn't have access to it in 6th gen.

There are plenty of 5IV Volcanion around so that should be fine. English name is also not an issue as you can set your game to any language and whatever you receive will be in that language. In fact, I have a Japanese Y set to English and received my Volcanion on it. (You can see proof and examples in my trade thread.) Overall this looks fine.

It's hacked. All Hoopa come with a special ribbon that prevents them being traded over WT or the GTS which yours is lacking.

I got a shiny event Genesect with an English name (the hasty nature, blaze kick, extreme speed one). Everything else about the event checks out just fine, and it even has the tag saying it came from Japan, but I was skeptical about the name being in English.
