They seems legal! And you should not be worried about the Volcanion date, it is in the period of distribution. Regardless, weird dates are irrelevant, some preople prefer to redeem their events in odd dates to make sure that it will not match the Power Save release.

Volcanion's date is not within the distribution period, actually, but it sometimes happens that dates register as before or after the actual date it is redeemed (had this happen downloading Manaphy on my US game/console in Japan). Just wanted to clarify. These look really iffy to me but most of the data matches so they're fine.

No, 20043 is the correct ID; Serebii's data may have been mixed up with other events of the time, or it could be from another in-life event (though I see no record of this). I had the bonus disk at the time and all my Jirachis have that ID.
Assuming you got this in a trade tho, be wary that in 3rd Gen, flawless spreads were restricted to certain natures only (I think Serious is one of them but can't seem to find the list). It might be worth it to check the IVs just in case, but otherwise nothing stands out.

Looks fine to me. They were probably trading away breedjects too, and this one was sent off because she doesn't have her HA. (I'm not much of a breeder but I think that happens sometimes, as you can't always guarantee a certain ability is passed down?)

Looks fine! Breeding for IVs is super easy, and people trade off 5IV Pokemon all the time (even in WT) so it's nothing to be too worried about.
