"Fateful Encounter" is only for Event Pokemon and there have been no Gligar events since 3rd Gen so no, it's a hack. Also for future reference:

- It's too low leveled to really know the IVs but Serebii's calc says it could have 31s across the board, plush Shinyness plus from the GTS is a red flag.
- "Faraway Place" shows up if the location is ORAS and yer viewing it XY, as ORAS location data isn't programmed into XY.

Ponyta itself is legit, the Masterball was probably Action Replay'd into the bag and used to catch it. Latios is harder. While everything seems legit, it can be obtained with some heavy soft resetting. Are there 252 EVs in all three stats? Because that's not even codeable into the game, I think. Ponyta is okay, Latios is iffy. Most likely legit but better safe than sorry.

I cant tell the exact EV's for hp and speed, but EV training has been done

Yes please! I would really like to get the two shiny Rowlets I got from GTS checked out. They both look okay, but the fact one of them was holding a Masterball and asking for a Mudsdale of all mons was kinda sketchy.

Hello i got a shiny Darkrai from a trade it is from the members card event in gen 4 but its wondercard doesnt say fateful encounter it says: Seems to have traveled across both space and time to rach you from the sinnoh region...so it is hack or it doesnt the specific pokemon say it is fateful?

The Plat event Darkrai must say "fateful encounter." That one is likely from DP; Darkrai was programmed into the game so if you could get to the island it's not a "hacked" Pokemon, but you have to hack to get to the island which is basically the same.

tl;dr all legit Plat event Darkrai (same with Shaymin) must have the "fateful encounter" tag.

These come down to if 6IV was possible via RNG in 3rd Gen, and I'm pretty sure it was not. Would call hack on these, need a second opinion form someone familiar with 3rd gen.

the groudon imo is hacked for sure I use to rng and I know for one thing is that I would never rng a hardy nature for it plus I not the best expert on 3rd gen rngs but most groudon are hacked I was told when I use to chat in the box on pokecheck. I wouldn't trust it which I pretty sure 6iv spreads on rse are not possible...I believe the milotic is hacked as well because 6iv...if anyone rnged on 3rd gen please correct me if I am wrong...

Well I did have an rng shiny 6iv Rayquaza from 3rd gen. It was probably cloned but apart from that here on forums I was told it was legit rng

Any other notes?: Its name is ENG, but its origin is JPN. When I checked the event database, the only thing I was able to find is that there was a 3rd gen Japanese event released for Ruby/Sapphire involving a Wish Bagon. Seems to be one of those events where you receive an egg and hatch it. But here's the thing... I'm not familiar with how RNG abuse worked in 3rd gen, so I'm a little skeptical with the IV spread + nature. If anyone with that kind of knowledge can clarify this, it'd be much appreciated!
