It looks fine. The purple box thing just means it has active pokerus (which is pretty neat). =)

Hacked. It should say that it was received at Castelia City from that Celebi-Zorua event, definitely not Route 1. o_o

Seems alright.
You can use it to pass on those really high IVs to another Pokemon by letting it hold a power item respective to the stat you want perfect. Not guaranteed to be flawless on the first egg though, so keep trying and be sure to check using an IV calculator for every Pokemon you hatch.
