But last time I tried, I wasn't able to set a Special Dream World attack to the Pokémon when using that, so I'm pretty sure that's what might have happened there.

Female Eevee are available now in the current Dream World event in Japan.

Got this Deoxys from a user on another forum, pretty sure It is hacked but I'll post here to be sure.

Name: デオキシス (Deoxys in Japanese)

Arrived: Kanto. Apparently arrived at lvl. 100 after a long travel through time. Fateful encounter. Capable of taking hits.
Form: Speed
OT: Can't read, something blue in Japanese lol.

You can SR for a shiny Deoxys at Birth Island, but those are FireRed level up moves on a Speed Forme Deoxys, whose form is only obtainable in Emerald. FireRed gets Attack Forme.
However, this Pokemon could have been migrated to a Gen. IV game and changed to Speed Forme. So that could clear that up!
In short, I'm pretty sure it's legit anyway. XD

All of those look legit, but you should probably check the IVs with Metalkid's calculator.

It appears to be legit. The date shown is determined by the time when they migrated and obtained it at Pal Park, not the original date the event occurred.
