It's a hack. There will be an event for Zekrom and Reshiram, and they will be in Cherish Balls, but the event does not start until 16th July.

The event also will not say it was caught in N's Castle.

However it is possible that only the ball is hacked. The stats check out (though they are miserable).

But then I took it to the lady in Lacunosa Town to activate the Gracidea flower event and expected it not to activate... but then it DID, and I now have the flower! Does that mean it isn't hacked after all????? Please help!
Also, if I convert to Sky Form with the flower, can I change it back again???

Yes, you can change it back to Land form. It will do so automatically if put in the Box, if it becomes frozen, or during Night time.

It -appears- to be legit, but you may want to check the IVs using the Judge.

Are you sure it's a Safari Ball and not a Nest Ball? If so, then it's definitely hacked.

Definitely a hack. It could be in a Master Ball as the event to get Zorua let's you choose the ball you like to caught it on, but there are not Zoruas on Victory Road. Besides, it doesn't lear Crunch, Slam and Work Up. I suggest you to release it.
