It seems to be fine, but it does come from a hacked game. . .

is there any way i can clear it's ev's besides the berries that i don't have, also is it acceptable to use it in casual battles here.

Nope. I've never used Serebii IV calculator (I use Metalkid), but as far as i know, you have to imput it's exact EV's to calculate the IV's. Besides, your Volcarona has been touched, further evidence that it has EV's. I suggest you to use this: http://pokecheck.kraftpaper.org/ or, use EV berries to drop it's EV's to 0
It will show you it's IV's and EV's

The Volcarona isn't UT, and you don't know the EVs.

Hence, without that vital knowledge, any data that you input into any IV calculator will be skewed.

So, the hundreds of other times I've used it for UT pokemon - I should have IV's displays...thats what you are saying?

So... the lesson is: Find out what it's EV's are before trying to find it's IV's
