Oh god yes, it would destroy...which is sadly why I think it'll be banned from OU.
Question: back in third gen I had hacked my sapphire and ruby (I had wanted Charizard Gengar and the likes) now I had transferred all my Pokemon over from gen 3 to pearl and bread some to get their base forms and train them correctly(in third gen I was young and knew nothing of Evs Ivs ect) as the offspring were legitimately hatched and trained would they still be considered hacked because their parents were?

It's POSSIBLE but verryyyyy hard to get 31's in every stat with a perfect nature... I would say hacked but not too much, it looks elegant and super powerful
is there a RNG method on black & white so this can be made easier? may be that can justify why this?
No idea. The fact that it was caught in a pokeball also makes me a bit suspicious
