Hacked. Very badly hacked. Groudon can't have the Magma Armor ability. It can't learn Blast Burn, ExtremeSpeed or Zap Cannon. It can't be caught in a Cherish Ball. There were no "Nintendo World" Groudon events. It also couldn't have been met in a Faithful Encounter.

Normally, the level would be too low, but Boldore can be found in Chargestone Cave at Lv. 24, so it is probably legit.

It's fine, pokes caught in the kanto region of HG/SS will still show up as Johto.

With that being true, it puts a thought to mind that if a poke was from Kanto, it would also have to have the "after a long travel through time" phrase being from FR/LG.

There haven't been any Giratina events like you stated, therefore it can't be in a Cherish Ball. This Giratina is definitely hacked.

right my concerns is that its a shiny lugia from hoenn the only one that there was was the naval rock one but wouldn't that say a fateful encounter? second of all i used the ev calculator and except from one stat where there is unknown evs in it they are all perfect ivs.

my concern is its either a hack a copy and has had further cheats for perfect ivs and quick level up to 100 but you tell me
