What are its attack IVs?You can catch a Nidoran M/Nidorino at the Safari Zone in FR/LG and HG/SS. However, it appears to be incredibly lucky that upon encounter, it's shiny with a beneficial nature in attack + good attack IVs. Bit suspicious, so it ~may~ be a hack.Or perhaps just really lucky..

Not a full hack check, but I do have a question. It's impossible for any non hatched pokemon to have their location be Black City, right? I had a level 50 Magnezone that was met at Black City. But I released it because i was convinced that it was a hack.
Yeah, that Magnezone was probably captured from a trainer in Black City, making it hacked.

Hacked. Latias doesn't learn Water Spout in gen 3, 4 or 5. The person probably meant to hack the move "Water Sport" but messed up.

Like Regiultima, I have also received this from a trade. I also traded it to him as a compensation for unintentionally trding him a hacked Pokemon. All the info. seems to be legit, the ID no. is a bit strange though. Also, if it helps, I believe the IVs are 31|18|30|31|31|31.
EDIT: Couldn't find anything on Google. The only thing I found was AR codes for Squirtle and Dive Balls..

Hmmm... if they traded it from a Johto game to a Sinnoh game and then Pokeshifted it, it should might say "faraway place." If so, it appears to be legit.

You're welcome. The Palkia is also RNG'd but it has been edited. The original nature was Timid. Someone probably tried to transfer it from 4th gen game to B/W via PokeGen and didn't know how to convert the file properly. It's not legit anymore.
