sURE, let me look for it and pokecheck it, ill send it you because people here are getting annoying with the new dumb rules they are implementing.
You can't Pokecheck Shiny WISHMRK Jirachi on 5th gen.
EDIT: From my sources, the only natures that Shiny WISHMKR can be are: Serious, Hasty, Naughty, Jolly, Docile, Lonely, Careful, Timid and Bashful.

Hack, Rotom can only be traded for at Route 15 in Unova and Spooky Manor in previous title's. and plus the traded one in Unova is a level 60.

hack. rotoms are from sinnoh or breeding and if it was caught in route 14 then it couldnt have been bred :/

Also I think you can trade for rotom in B/W maybe route 14 wouldn't know and if he traded a pokemon level 49 for it then it MIGHT be real but it looks hacked to me.

Last time I checked if it was bred it would be in a PokeBall not in a Premier Ball like that Rotom.
Unless of course Im wrong about that? ^_^
O and also mind pointing out where I said it wasn't breedable? I would really like to know.
