The Azure flute, which is required to get the hall of origin Arceus, was never officially released and so the only way to get that Arceus would be to hack the item into the game. So, the only way to get to the HoO Arceus is by hacking and thus the Arceus itself is considered hacked. To be fair, the Arcues itself is legit as its generated by in-game mechanics, but its obviously from a hacked game so Serebii considers the pokemon hacked as well. Thus, to be safe, we just say its hacked

So, the Azure Flute was never released... Well, that makes sense, no wonder you couldn't find legit Arceus on 4th Gen GTS...

Can back that up by saying I was there to catch them and trade for the registeel myself, haha. I know, stories aren't so much proof, but the ERIC and ID are mine from Sapphire and the Registeel from a friend's cartridge from when the games were new.

Been trying in vain to get both a legitimate Tornadus and Thundurus to trigger Landorus pop. So far I have 3 of each, maybe someone could help me figure out which, if any, are legitimate. I currently presume all are hacked, but perhaps the issue is with some being japanese? Does having both of them in your party not work if they aren't from the same language as the game? (Sorry for the length of this post.)

In order to unlock the Landorus battle you need to have both Tornadus and Thundurus, But one of them MUST be caught in your game. So if you traded for all 6 of those that would be why it has not worked since they are not in your OT.

one of the Thundurus/Tornadus must be from your own game, with your OT

Language has nothing to do with it, it's all about using your own Tornadus/Thundurus.

Accordin to bulbapedia, it should say 'Had a fateful encounter'. Not sure if that classifies it as a hack though. Other than that, everything seems to be in place.

This Jirachi was met at L.10 and has the player name as OT. I can't find any info on a l.10 Jirachi or an event Jirachi that takes the players OT ever being available.
