A friend of mine just got a Pokemon off the GTS Nego, that has . as the OT (yes, just a single dot)

From what I can see, it looks legit, I'm just not sure about the OT, can we use a single dot as the OT in D/P/Pt? (the Pokemon is from Sinnoh)

Serperior, Bold Lv. 100 [Shiny]
IVs: 31/31/31/31/31/31
EVs: 85 in everything
It seems to have been the starter Snivy met in Nuvema Town (@ Lv. 5) on 11/16/2010.

Drilbur, Naive Lv. 100 [Shiny]
IVs: 31/31/31/31/31/31
EVs: 85 in everything
This was met in Wellspring Cave (@ Lv. 11) on 3/7/2011.

The moves and Pokeballs caught in check out fine, and it seems like they could have been RNGd, but the EVs and dates caught just seemed sketch to me (although I think you still need to change the date for RNGing IVs, right?). What do you guys think?

Yeah, both seem fine. Do you have the OT's for each? Usually Flawless Shiny ones, especially the Serperior will have a much better history with an OT given.

Oh, and yes, 5th Gen you need to change the date. Especially for flawless spreads :p

There's an option on pokesav that lets you put 85 EVS in each stat. So I wouldn't trust this. Why would someone be stupid to do that on a legit pokemon.

All of them look ok except Suicune, can't be caught in Sinnoh, and it would be Relaxed if it was an event one.

Looks like a normal Stationary Shaymin, should be fine.
