Then Mew's hacked as well (The only Mew that doesn't have an event OT is japanese-only).
There's no Celebi event that takes on a non-event OT (outside of japanese 2nd gen games but that's irrevelent), plus the only 4th gen event Celebi were released at Lv. 50 .

Does this pokemon have no moves, or did you simply not list them? I assume it is the latter, but if it really has no moves, then it is hacked.

It does have moves, they are just ones that I taught to him, so i didnt think it would matter if i listed them .Sorry.

it's at least legal from the info given. can't figure the IVs, without you removing all the EVs with the berries.

it's legal from the info given...BUT i'm gonna say hack just because of the OT. there's a site that will let you download stuff & that OT is the default on there. sassy is also the default nature on the site for victini...

I just have a quick question: do Chinese or Korean (I can't tell which, as the characters are too similar to my eyes) players have access to English-style characters? I recently pulled a Chinese/ Korean Zekrom off the GTS with a foreign name, but with an OT of "LUCKY"--a combination that I recognize is probably possible in and of itself, since Japanese players have access to the Roman alphabet--but the characters are the same font as those used for the English games. They appear to be completely dissimilar to the more widely spaced letters used in Japanese games.

there's no such thing as Chinese Pokemon games, so it must be Korean. I don't know much about foreign fonts for Korean games, unfortunately.

I think he may have done some RNG abuses (don't really know), but Pokegts will spit out crap hacks with that OT.
