Illegal trash-bytes are only possible through hacking in the first place, so you'd have to hack to fix them.

tl;dr: no, you can't without hacking.

On the location, does it say "Pokemon Event" or "Link Trade"? Also would help to know if this was a Korean or Japanese egg. =)

Nevermind, I thought it was a hack off of the Old Sea Map one, but it does appear to be the Hadou event one not the Old Sea Map.
