Like you yourself said, it cannot be caught at lvl 100, it's hacked.

Oh, also, I was browsing YouTube, and I found instructions on how to catch certain Pokemon. The videos claim they're legit, but it looks kind of suspicious to me.

Most definitely not. All they told you to do was change the DNS to pokeGTS's DNS and gave you a URL that would give you a specific pokemon (Jirachi in this case). Whether or not it is legit all depends on the pokemon that was originally uploaded. Sure, a person could upload and distribute a legit pokemon, but there is no way to know that and I really wouldn't trust it either way. Specifically, that Jirachi was a hack. A gen 4 event with a gen 3 move tutor? No way. If you wanted to do that, you would be better off going with pokecheck. At least pokecheck has a legality analysis so you can weed out the crappy hacks like that Jirachi.

Anything PokeGTS spits out that you didn't upload to send to your own game is a shitty hack.

Man, It's a good thing I breed my own stuff.

Though I feel like it is kind of for nothing considering the fact that when I go online I am battling against constructed pokemon most of the time.

I have spent so much time breeding... For examplem my Hydreigon has 3 perfect IV's, and the rest are above 20.... but you go online and everything is perfect/shiny.

What evs. It would be a whole different ball game if players coupld whip up a new team in 5 minutes....

very bad hack, deoxys could only be shiny from Gen3 events and cherish balls didn't exist til gen4 so this is a bad hack.

It's defenitely hacked. Pokemon from gen III can't be in cherish balls. Also, that OT is on the pokecheck OT blacklist.

EDIT: It seems like I missed the last page. However, Birth island Deoxys do have fateful encounter in gen V.

It seems legit to me everything I looked up matches within legitimate terms, didn't look into it's stats though. I traded this for my Raikou which for me isn't a big loss cause I can easily get another one from either my SS/HG version. It's just so annoying how the GTS trades are, ppl requesting for impossible trades it makes no sense why bother even putting it up for trade.

is this impossible to happen, or just a coincidence?

maybe its possible to RNG for a trainer id?? seems strange to me.

ID abuse is not only possible, it's really easy. an ID of 00000 an SID of 00000 or even an ID and SID of 00000 is possible. If the ID is the only red flag that concerns you, I wouldn't worry about it. Any ID from 00000 to 65535 is possible.

Faraway place in BW refers to a capture location exclusive to BW2, in this case the Flocessy Ranch. It's legal from the info provided, at any rate.
