The 3 dragons from the Sinjoh ruins event could be shiny, but they could not be caught. They were gift pokemon that came in a default pokeball. Since the one you posted is in a Great Ball that means, without a doubt, it is hacked.

Depends on the people you are asking. Some consider it merely legal, some consider it as legitimate. I can see why some people say legitimate, but I personally prefer legal.

Seems legit. Looks like this is from the Japanese event for an Arceus from the dream world. You would go to catch it in the entralink then at level 100.

This one is mostly likely hacked. Someone correct me in case I'm wrong, but if my memory serves, that nature and IV spread combination is illegal in 4th gen.

Hacked for sure! The only kind of Mew which is able to be shiny is from japanese version of Pokemon Emerald. All the other events are supposed to be shiny locked, specially the ones released in 4th gen games like this one.

This has probably been asked in the past but seeing as there's almost 450 pages I didn't check them all.

Someone has offered me a SHINY 10th Anniversary Latios from the 3rd Gen events. Can anyone confirm whether or not this is legal/legit, or a hack? I was under the impression that all 10th Anniversary events were locked to not being shiny.

Try the tradeback/mod first. If they won't trade back, (And I'd ask a mod to make sure that source is true, though I'm sure it is), then go to a mod and get them black listed.
