Raikou could be legit because it probably came from HGSS and you could RNG IVs and Shinyness relatively easily. It's also caught in a Fast Ball so nothing strange there.

Lugia only triggers a flag because I'm not sure any wild-caught Lugia in Hoenn has the "fateful encounter" tag. With a regular PokeBall however, it seems pretty suspicious. My initial thought is hack.

Finally, Ho-Oh just looks like a Shiny Ho-Oh from OR. But, I did the calculations for IVs and it looks flawless. So, probably a hack.

I received a hacked volcanion from that same OT. I would not trust that OT AuSLove.TV because I have known them to spread hacks. The pokemon might be "legal" but if you look at all the ribbons it has since the hatch date they would pretty much have to be playing full time since the egg hatched to get them onto the pokemon and also not to mention getting it to 100. Probably doable but because of the OT my verdict is: legal, but probably a hack none the less due to OT.

So what's probably happening is that someone has two games with the same name. The Breloom is from XY, while the Smeargle is from ORAS. The date is something that can easily be changed, so it shouldn't be a problem. I would say that they're fine; the Breloom looks like it was just a lucky find, and the Smeargle looks like a shiny egg with Destiny Knot breeding. If they were hacked, they would more likely have perfect IV/nature spreads, especially since it appears that they know about IV breeding.

I have this same problem! (I live in Japan so often my events show a date after the last day.) It depends on who you want to trade it to. Many traders I've met here don't mind as long as the OT, ID, moves, etc. are okay. Just make sure to tell people before you trade it to them!

This looks like the Pokemon Box Zigzagoon from 3rd Gen but it has an extra move (Tail Whip). PB Zigzagoon also wasn't set to be Shiny so it seems unlikely. I'm gonna make the hack call on this one.
