I need a haircut can i go to someones town to get one please

You don't need to.

You just need to hook up with another player either by LAN or Wi-Fi and get one of your visitors to visit Nook's shop (It must be Nookway) and get him/her to buy at least one item from the store.

Then after two days, Nook's shop gets a final upgrade, Nookington's and you can get a haircut once a day for 3000 bells.

Actually, I only let one person in my town before I got Noookingtons because of router problems. He bought something from my Nook's Cranny. Therefore someone who doesn't live in your town must buy an item from any upgrade of your Nook's to get Nookingtons.

Beautiful Butch meant that it has to be Nookway in order to get Nookington's. Real simple. See, Nook's Cranny does not upgrade to Nookington's. Nook N' Go does not upgrade to Nookington's. However, Nookway upgrades to Nookington's. One plus one equals two, not four.
