Are there any other ways to raise happiness besides leveling, using items on them, and having them in your party? Like is there anything like the haircut brothers from G/S?

you can have your pokemon hold the soothe bell and it raises its happiness way faster but, as far as i know there are no haircut brothers in d/p

In Veilstone City there is a girl that gives your pokemon massages that raise friendship like the haircut brothers.

Soothe bell+massages+ walking a lot (you can breed pokemon while you do it), = fast happiness, really, it is fast!, i got my Blissey without much effort...

That's what I did for my umbreon. soothe bell, about 10,000 steps, 1 rare candy, 5 vitamins, 1 massage. Jeez that is alot now that I'm typing it. HAX
