Hey I just realised that I don't have a Crobat on Sapphire, and I'm gonna sound like the biggest tit, but how do you raise a pokemons happiness or what is the best way?

just battle stuff trainers with it, the e/4 let it hold sooth bell, just keep battle with it untill it evolves, don't forget the sooth bell!

Use items on it, have it in your team, don't let it faint, give it a Soothe Bell and walk around. That's about everything. And you could look at the main site's mechanics next time.

Actually I did and it doesn't say/couldn't find how to actually raise happiness it just says to do so.

I suggest you not give your pokemons items such as Revival Herb or bitter things like it because they reduce the pokemons happines. Try giving them Proteins, Carboses, Irons, Zincs, HP Ups, PP Ups or Calcium. <<These here are the best items to make your pokemon happy. Soothe Bell is also the best Hold Item to raise your pokemons happiness. And watch out for them not to faint and things like that. Too long...

Give it vitamins as much as you can and then the soothe bell.

Another way you can increase it's happiness is to use a Confrot Ball on it if you haven't caught one already.
