The dialogue is funny, but the drawng needs a lot more work.. You got the basic shape of the Pokemon, but you just need to work more on the details. The Psyduck's feet look very weird, and on its left foot it hardly looks like it has any toes. o_O Next time, you might want to take more time on your drawings and add some shading to them, and try to make the hands and feet look better shaped and less messy. ^^

Not bad for MS Paint stuff... but a little bit of shading wouldn't go amiss. Plus some of the lines look rather messy... I know it's hard but eventually you will improve on that. :)
