I like Kyogre, Suicune, and Raikou, but Groudon is supposed to be better. So I vote for him.

Lol this Poll is very obvious. With their delicious chocolatey taste and massive amounts of calories, Ho-Hos will engorge and fatten the other Legends until they're too obese to battle.

But I basically agree with intergalactic platypus. Groudon is the best Pokémon in the game, and Lugia is too powerful a Tank for most Pokémon to deal with. However, Groudon can use Rock Slide, which, despite Lugia's monstrous Defense, will defeat it before Lugia has a chance to KO Groudon.....However, Groudon's Rock Slide might not KO Lugia(I'm not entirely sure, since I haven't played the Ubers metagame yet), meaning Lugia has a fair chance to Ice Beam Groudon to death. Lugia is certainly faster than Groudon, which means it would theoretically fit in two Ice Beams as opposed to Groudon's one Rock Slide, and I'm fairly sure that would be enough to KO Groudon, especially if Lugia had a chance to CM prior to Groudon's switch in. So, Lugia, I suppose(my maths are probably flawed, though), but Groudon is considered by many as the best Pokémon in the game, and for good reason.

Lugia walls everything except Raikou. Groudon loses to Lugia as Lugia 3HKOs it with Ice Beam, while Groudon needs to Swords Dance before it actually threatens Lugia. Zapdos is walled if Lugia uses Calm Mind, unless it gets a CH and OHKOs Lugia.
Groudon is the next best.

Well, Groudon and lugia are the two best in the game (closely followed by Kyogre.) So my votes go to Lugia (as Groudon is gonna get loads anyways.)

Unless it's Groudon I'd say Zapdos. Great speed and sp.atk. + many of legends are Flying make her a sure winner...
