Since the old one hasn't been posted in since January :/ I decided to make a new one. Personally, I think either Norman or L+T. Norman was just frustrating; every time I got past that damned Slaking I had one Pokemon left for either Vigoroth or Linoone to beat up. L+T just annoyed me because the Lunatone and Solrock's strategy just killed me and the Claydol had excellent defense with all the Calm Minds. I'd say Norman was the more annoying and made me say "F*** you!!111" Post your experiences.

Brawly was probably the hardest for me. It may be because at that point I didn't realize I was supposed to train(I was a newbie to the pokemon RPGs back then), but I lost to him twice, both times having all six of my pokemon fall to a single Karate Chop from his Machop. Tate and Liza were a little hard to(I actually used my Blaziken) but I still beat them with Blaziken only going down after afflicting their last pokemon with a burn condition which brought it down on the next standby phase.

Volteon

Back I guess??
Tate and Liza were NOTHING in Ru/Sa, but in Emerald, I think they were harder than E4, I lost twenty times to them using my team.

norman stupid slaking i used to like him before i faced norman in emerald

in emerald tate and liza annoyed the S*** out of me.
and flannery is impossible with treecko as a starter. i had to catch 5 koffings just so i could blow up all her pokemon, and waster her overheats.

T & L, Lets just say having 2 psychic, 2 flying, and a fighting type on my team didnt help much, and the d*mned absol i had couldnt do squat

Norman was easy for me. Just a matter of Bulking Up and then letting loose with Double Kicks. The others were all fairly easy, except for Tate and Liza. It was a choice between my lvl 50 Tentacruel, my lvl 53 Blaziken, and my lvl 40 Vibrava and lvl 25 Shroomish. It didn't go so well, but I still won.

Out of a crazy mind.
Winona. I kept on getting KO'd by her Aerial Ace. IMO I had a Sceptile. That could be the cause.

Norman. His friggin Slaking was durable as hell. Facade killed my Pokemon, and he had an endless supply of potions. If one of his Pokemon was left in yellow or red for a turn, instant re-healing. <_<

Liz and Tate in Emerald get 2nd place.

Norman.
But Flarnery is tough sometimes becasue I forget to buy potions (Or cant afford them) and dot feel like backtracking through the Gym.

Liza and Tate IMO probably didnt help that I was so stubborn and wanted to use a Combusken against them...which eventually did win after I got it to 50 for Sky Uppercut and let it evolve.

dddddddddddddddddddd
I kept on getting wasted by Wiona when I started out with Treecko and I had bred a Torchic. So I had a Grass and a Fire/Fighting that were my two toughest, and her damn Altaria kept Aerial Aceing and wiping them out. God, I loathe her.

Hmm...nobody has been to hard for me so far. I wiped the floor with all the leaders I've faced so far but I have yet to defeat Winona so who knows? Normans Gym was easy but fun, my Breloom earned quite a few levels there :)
