Which Nintendo game did you have the most trouble with? Two that come to my mind are OOT Master Quest and Viewtiful Joe.

I have never played Mater Quest, although I do have it. Is it that much harder that the original?

The hardest Nintendo game... hmm... that is a difficult decision to make. In the terms of the games I beat, I would have to pick Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening. That is mainly because I beat it when I was 9 or something, so my tender little brain had a difficult time solving puzzles and all that.

Never played Master Quest, but Viewtiful Joe wasn't so bad.

Let's see...Super Mario Brothers: Lost Levels. Out of all the games I had that I've tried to play to the end, its the only one I haven't beaten yet.

Viewtiful Joe on Adults and up is pretty bad. Lost Levels was hard got up to level 8-8 never ending >__>. I forgot if I beat it or stopped on that level. And yes, Master Quest is alot harder than OOT. But all games are beatable to me.

Viewtiful Joe wasn't even made by Nintendo O_O If you mean for a Nintendo system, then yeah.

Out of any Nintendo system, the Contra series, hands down.

Zelda A link to the past on the SNES was always hard for me. I mean, it must of took me ages on how to get find the flute for that kid and how to enter the 6th dungeon in the dark world (it was sealed off). The game seemed virtually impossible when I was 7 anyway.

Some of the NES games are extremely tough, not sure why, they were just harder back then. I was playing the TMNT there again and I must of lost all 4 of my turtles within 10 minutes. And most of those NES games wouldn't allow you to save unless you completed it one go either.

master quest is very hard, currently hav fire, water, grass medallions (the simple ones) and shadow medallion. o ya that one that whats his name givs you right when you're a teen too, ya that one also, but i got all secrets so far in that

never bought veiwtiful joe 1, my friend told me what happens but 2 was just amazing! good storyline, good bosses, and the final boss battle was great! one of the best final boss battles, tho there are real good ones...

Ocarina of Time: Master Quest is not really that hard; in fact I believe that in one dungeon sequence, it's actually easier than the original.

1. TimeSplitters 2 (in Hard Mode) remains the most difficult game I've ever played. I'm still stuck on Atom Smasher.
2. Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast on Jedi Master- I havent actually played the entirety of this difficulty yet, but after having completed the first two levels, I can see that it'll be difficult when I get around to playing it.

The Legend of Zelda II. It took me forever to find my way around on that game. Second is Super Star Wars. I've never beaten it, in the many years that I had the SNES. I've never beaten Zelda II either.

Yes, Master Quest is very damn hard. It took me 3 months to get EVERYTHING completed. Heart Pieces, Gold Skulltulas and to open all the treasure chests.

What's with that one part in the Spirit Temple? There's a weird room that has that massive stone scripture on the wall and the floor is thin and very narrow. When you're in one corner, play the Song of Time to make a Song of Time Block appear. But what's with it when Navi turns green when she locks onto the scripture on the wall??

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention; the only place you can get clues and hints, including a walkthrough, is on www.zelda.com.

What's REALLY great is that when you are Adult Link and you're in the temples, you always get the rare items first. Example--Water Temple you get the Longshot first thing. Plus, the Water Temple is very frustrating and confusing to complete in Master Quest.

I wonder what it would be like if there were Majora's Mask: Master Quest...lmao

I'm sorry when you say hardest Nintendo game, it sounds like you meant "Hardest Game by Nintendo" not "Hardest game you played on a Nintendo system"

Just for that, I'm not participating.
