Tell me if this is just me but it seems that when the elite four uses full restore, the next time i attack the move is stronger. Does anyone notice this?

wat you do is do a weak(but not too weak) attack, then attack with a strong attack, they won't use FR

This seems to happen to me a lot.Even if I uses the same attack.

Nidorino99, please try not to triple post.

What I usually notice is that the move is stronger, or actually weaker. The damage calculator gets a damage value in HP (which is subtracted from the pokemon's HP), then multiplies it by .85 to 1. This means that the weakest amount of damage is 85% of the total, the strongest 100%. you have a 1/15 chance of getting a 100%. Otherwise, the attack is likely to be stronger or weaker by a few HP points.

If you have Ruby or Sapphire train Groudon/Kygore to level 61 and Groudon will learn Firusse Kygore will Learn Sheer Cold use it agains the eltie four and ko

The item just covers the Pokemon's pain from battle so it is going to get hurt easier then it would normaly. I know it is a game but a potion cannot heal all the pain the Pokemon has suffered in a battle in seconds, so it just sorta gives it energy... well thats my theory!

lolz OHKO moves. They're cheap, and most of the time, they suck with thier 30% accuracy.

I learned that full restore lowers 1% of defense
And where did you get that info? :/

I've noticed that the next attack after the Full Restore does do slightly more damage.

I've noticed the same thing...but I've also noticed the opposite. I think this question has already been answered by Eontios. ^^^ It's just that the first attack was randomly weaker than the second attack.
