Has this happened to anyone?

I plug in my sapphire cartrige so i can transfer some pokes over to emerald and.. dun duh dun... The saved game has been deleted... What is going on here? How could this have happened? WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYY lol im cooling down now, does anybody know what could have caused this?

i didnt use action replay... i didnt use any kind of cheating device, and yes i tried it a few times on 3 different systems, DS lite, OLD GBA, GBA SP and they all gave me the same message

That's happened to everyone i know, just around the same time, with gold, silver, sapphire, ruby, emerald, frlg, everything. it creeps meh out. but no, not to me.

did you drop it turn it off in the middle of saving(did that once and lost all my data) get water on it

no, no, and no, it sits in a drawer in my desk... away from the "elements" of my room lol, but im very frustrated now b/c i have a lot of pokemon to "recatch" also have to beat the game again "working on getting all the johto starters in my emerald" now its gonnna take longer...

then again all this is just wasting time till my pokemon diamond version arrives

it gives you something to do till then how long did it sit with out playing it could have lost the memory(that also happened to me)

only a few days, i beat ruby yesterday from start to finish in one day lol

pretty good no cheats nothing wierd it just deleted itself or were you holding some bottens don when you started because the right comb will erase memory

wasnt that either lol, i just put it in my SP and fired it up, plugged in my link cable and fired up my OLD gba and looked at the SP and it was starting a new game and i thought .... wth lol

Might be that when you saved and the screen said, dont turn off the power, you soft resetted accidentaly.

Probably the Internal Battery died...
Edit: Or you could've done the total game rest by accincdent...

hmm, i bought the game used and it does look really beat up, i could see something like the internal battery dieing being the problem

You could probably post this in the Glitch Thread, as it seems to be a glitch. I personally have never had this happen though. o.o

My bros ruby internal battery died and yet it works fine but time events wont happen (unlimited pokerus!)
