And the best evs should be MAX hp and MAX defense to survive many physical hits,but put some special attack for Icebeaming Blissey,I suggest this:
Blissey-Leftovers
EVS-252 defense, 252 HP,I`m too lazy at math so take away some hp evs and replace those with special attack if you want stuff like ice beam

-Counter
-Seismic Toss
-Icebeam??

Breed until you get a Modest one. Blissey's Attack SUCKS.

The only time it wil Knock out a Pokemon with something like double edge is if its a much higher level than the opposing Pokemon,but Icebeam is not really good on Blissey,i suggested it because Blissey can be walled by Dugtrio,I suggest BOLD nature(+defense,-attack),what ever you do, don`t give it sp.defense evs cuz there useless on blissey,always put defense evs

Well, if you's really need it, try out Blissey, Chariazard, Swampert, Salamence, those are the betters, you shouldn't use ubers, they require no skill to use whatsoever becasue of their stats and movepools.

i said 5 not 4 silly and the only uber i use is mewtwo but soon im gonna replace it when i get emerald cause ive been busy not been able to buy it cause onlyl et you pic 1 cause ive got a unbeatable pokemon

Things like these make me laugh...
I say Charizard, Blissey, Swampert, Salamence and Mewtwo. It doesen't bother me if you use ubers. they're just pokémons like the others and they still need some strategy.
