Hatching Eggs

I have two questions:

1.Where is the quickest & easiest place to hatch eggs? Cycling Road?

2. Do Magma Armor and Flame Body (they help hatch eggs quicker if you have the pokemon that has the ability in the front of your party) work in FR LG?

yes both of those will work and also put the egg in front of your party. but if ur doing the cycling road i suggest u fly back to celadon, not to try and go back up(it will take a long time)when u get to the bottom

1. Well, I always use this route to hatching egg: Fuschia->Lavender/Vermilion->Saffron->Celadon->Cycling Road->Fuschia. Repeat. And use bike of course.
2. No. That only works in Emerald.
