There isn't a game help thread, now is there? ;D
Just go to the chapel, stay outside, and go into the well. Close to as far as you can go, then there's this one thing that keeps rolling back and forth. Go into the ground with Vivian, and wait for it to pass. When it passes, get out of the ground, and keep going. You'll realize you're somewhere new, and you need to listen to this one parrot in this one room to hear Doopliss' name, and get the letter 'p' out of the chest in the room. Then, when you try to go back to Twilight town, say Doopliss' name, and you'll get your body back.

this is incorrect. when you say his name, he runs off to the room you first fought him in, then you fight him alone at first, then vivian reappears and you have to defeat Doopliss. beating his "companion" brings out another one, so concentrate on doopliss, and you'll win the battleThen, when you try to go back to Twilight town, say Doopliss' name, and you'll get your body back.

I've beaten the game four times...-_-...
I know that, but what I said is basically what happens, considering the final battle against Doopliss is pathetic..
Not really final, but...
And to go along with this, stick with the first partner (Goombella) because they actually get tougher by a little bit each partner that goes by. It may be tough to dodge your own attacks at first, but get used to it because
And anyways, about halfway through the battle Vivian will decide to not only fight with you, but stay as one of your partners through the game.
