Help beating the E4

I started my fire red again but now im stuck in the E4 and i can´t beat them..
This is my team, please help me

I know they are all lame but i just want to pas this quickly so i can transfer them to xd and receive my lv 100 pokemon from poke box...

This probably should go in Ingame Team Rate.

You should usually avoid overlapping offensive moves on single pokes, such as the presence of both Quick Attack and Slam on Raichu, which is repetitive and unnecessary. You can use TMs to replace these overlapping moves with moves of different types. Don't underestimate the usefulness of stat-upping moves such as Calm Mind and Swords Dance.

Yeah dude, the E4's levels top out at Lvl 65 (your rival) and are at their lowest at around Lvl 53.

Go to Island 1 and use the VS Seeker and train on the trainers there. That should help considerably.

Second of all, there is no point to teach a Fire pokemon two fire attacks, they do the axact same thing except one is more accurate or does more damage, get rid of one and diversify your team. Oh, and teach one of your pokemon an Ice move, if you have one it will make Lance a whole lot easier.

I dont think many of us can help you My suggestion is using the VS seeker for a little while and battleing for EXP.

Im going train their levels. Teach Shadow ball to flareon because of agatha, ice beam to poliwhirl, maybe thunder to raichu... What attack is the best to replace venusaur CUT?
